It seems I am constantly clearing cob webs from the ceiling near my patio door which leads into the kitchen?

What are some suggestions for preventing cob webs if any? Is there anything I should or can spray to make the area unpleasant for spiders?It seems I am constantly clearing cob webs from the ceiling near my patio door which leads into the kitchen?
I am having the same problem. I bought a can of Insect Repellent/Killer stuff, and have been spraying down the surfaces around the door. I can tell already that it is going to make a big difference. Eventually, I plan to purchase one of those super-duper ';electric power spray washers.'; From Home Depot or Lowes, to get rid of the cob webs and stuff.It seems I am constantly clearing cob webs from the ceiling near my patio door which leads into the kitchen?
If spiders make spider webs, what makes cob webs?
Well wat i've tried has worked pretty well, i sealed (used nets) all windows and ventilations after a final cleaning, i hvnt had cobwebs for aroung a year nw, well hv seen a few here and there but not like what it used to be b4.
